Refund Policy

SaaS subscriptions (HaulSimple)
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. New customers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid invoice by contacting hello@nudara.app.
Marketplace transactions (BADDY, Roadside Buddy)
Tips, subscriptions to creators, content purchases and completed service jobs are generally non-refundable once delivered. We will review and, where appropriate, refund transactions affected by fraud, technical errors, or non-delivery of a paid service. Disputes should be opened within 30 days of the transaction.
How to request a refund
Email hello@nudara.app with your account email, the platform involved and the transaction reference. We respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
